A few pairs of gloves from local legend Joe Hart have been through the workshop over the years but these are the brightest I can remember.
Thought I would treat them to a neon orange liner to make them pop 😎
Obligatory AR70 glass for protection and clarity.

We have had some fun and quirky items in for custom framing over the years, including a ZX Spectrum and Flip-flops but the first Boxing glove we have had in to work on. 🥊
Pretty chuffed with how it all came together. I went a little rogue with the addition of a printed back and lining as this was not in the original brief....but I think it really helps.

Looking forward to see what comes in next...

After delivering some printing and fitting some signage this morning, I had the pleasure of a private tour of @theangelgallery Broseley, Shropshire by the owners Mike & Ann.

They have a wonderful space where they are exhibiting an eclectic selection of paintings, sculpture, crafts and furniture pieces.

They are always interested in hearing from new creatives who may wish to exhibit.

They are hosting a craft fair this weekend, a great opportunity to go and check them out.

Painting by design (numbers) can be a great way for any emerging artist not worry to much about the structure and just allows them to get some colour onto canvas. It was great to finally open up the store again yesterday. The best part was just seeing people again!! We saw existing customers and several new faces, all of which were able to shop safely and confidently.

It was a real mixed bag too.... Art students were getting a few bits ready to go back to year 10. Some office supplies needed topping up. We had new business start ups enquiring about #leaflets, #businesscards and #NCRpads. Artists prints and greeting cards to run off...and a very keen #stfc supporter with his collection of shirts, photos and prints memorabilia that he has finally got round to getting framed.

Let's hope for more of the same today!

We trialled this girls cards at Christmas and they were a hit.
So we now bring you her Valentines range.

I think they are great, but I'm allowed to be biased as the are crafted by my 12 year old daughter Isabella!! 😁. Her evolving range of designs started life as a school enterprise project and they proved to be extremely popular with her classmates, teachers and visiting parents.

She really enjoys making them and we are also using this venture to help develop her understanding of commerce.
They are £2.95 and available in store at PaperWrite (SY1 4EU next to Wickes) or message us and I'm sure we could get them to you 'deliveroo style'. Isabella will also consider bespoke tailoring of any designs to suit if required.
